طراحی معماری کافه رستوران؛ تجربه‌ای متفاوت از فضا و کاربری

طراحی معماری کافه رستوران تنها به چیدمان میز و صندلی محدود نمی‌شود؛ بلکه فرآیندی است که از پلان اولیه تا جزئی‌ترین بخش‌ها مانند سرویس بهداشتی را در بر می‌گیرد. در این پروژه، ما با رویکردی جامع و خلاقانه تلاش کردیم تا فضایی خلق کنیم که هم نیازهای کارفرما را برآورده کند و هم تجربه‌ای منحصر به فرد برای مشتریان رقم بزند.

چالش زمین شیب‌دار

یکی از ویژگی‌های اصلی این پروژه، زمین شیب‌دار آن بود. به جای تسطیح و افزایش هزینه‌ها، شیب موجود را در طراحی حل کردیم. این تصمیم نه تنها باعث صرفه‌جویی شد، بلکه هویت طبیعی زمین را حفظ کرده و به معماری پروژه شخصیت بخشید.

طراحی بار و دسترسی هوشمندانه

فضای بار به گونه‌ای طراحی شده که از بیرون امکان سرویس‌دهی بیرون‌بر وجود دارد، بدون نیاز به ورود به مجموعه. همین بار از سمت دیگر به فضای باز داخلی نیز خدمات می‌دهد و ارتباطی روان بین داخل و خارج ایجاد می‌کند.

فضای باز پله‌ای با طراحی نیمه‌باز

حیاط مجموعه به صورت پله‌ای طراحی شده است. هر سکو شامل یک فضای باز و یک فضای نیمه‌باز با سقف پارچه‌ای محدب است. این طراحی علاوه بر ایجاد پرایوسی، دید بصری را نیز حفظ می‌کند و تجربه‌ای دلنشین از حضور در فضای باز به مخاطب می‌دهد.

جوی آب در میانه حیاط

در مرکز فضای باز، یک جوی آب طراحی شده است. حضور آب در معماری نه تنها به زیبایی محیط می‌افزاید، بلکه حس آرامش، خنکی و جریان زندگی را به فضا تزریق می‌کند. صدای آب می‌تواند استرس روزمره را کاهش دهد و تجربه حضور در کافه را به یک لحظه آرامش‌بخش تبدیل کند.

طراحی فضاهای نشستن متنوع

در بخش داخلی، سه تیپ فضای نشستن در نظر گرفته شده است:

• فضاهای مبله خصوصی: مناسب جمع‌های بزرگ با پرایوسی بالا.

• فضاهای میانی با میز و صندلی: برای گروه‌های کوچک‌تر یا کار کردن در کافه، با دید کامل به فضای باز.

• فضاهای نیمه‌خصوصی با پارتیشن: شامل دو نیم‌ست مبله برای تجربه‌ای آرام‌تر و خصوصی‌تر.

علاوه بر این، یک فضای ویژه با سکو و میز بزرگ طراحی شده که تا ۱۲ نفر را به راحتی جای می‌دهد؛ مناسب دورهمی‌های بزرگ و جلسات گروهی.

جزئیات طراحی منحصر به فرد

فرم کرو در کانتر و حاشیه‌ها، سردر ورودی، بار، سرویس بهداشتی و سقف‌های پارچه‌ای نیمه‌باز حیاط تکرار شده است. این انسجام فرمی، هویت بصری پروژه را تقویت کرده و تجربه کاربری را یکپارچه می‌سازد.

سرویس بهداشتی؛ فراتر از یک نیاز

ما حتی سرویس بهداشتی را به فضایی خاص تبدیل کردیم. طراحی سبزینگی، حضور گیاهان و جداسازی معنادار فضای تر و خشک باعث شده تا این بخش نه تنها کاربردی، بلکه الهام‌بخش باشد. فضایی که حتی در زمان انتظار، حس خوب و تجربه‌ای متفاوت به مخاطب هدیه می‌دهد.

نتیجه‌گیری

این پروژه نمونه‌ای از طراحی معماری کافه رستوران مدرن است که در آن هر جزئیات، از پلان تا طراحی داخلی و فضای باز، با دقت و خلاقیت شکل گرفته. حفظ شیب زمین، طراحی بار هوشمندانه، فضاهای نشستن متنوع و حتی سرویس بهداشتی منحصر به فرد، همه نشان‌دهنده توجه ما به نیازهای کارفرما و تجربه مخاطب است.

Café-Restaurant Architectural Design: A Unique Experience of Space and Function

Introduction

The architectural design of a café-restaurant goes far beyond arranging tables and chairs; it is a process that encompasses everything from the initial plan to the smallest details, including the restrooms. In this project, we adopted a comprehensive and creative approach to create a space that not only meets the client’s needs but also delivers a unique experience for visitors.

The Challenge of a Sloped Site

One of the main features of this project was its sloped terrain. Instead of leveling the ground and increasing costs, we integrated the slope into the design. This decision not only saved resources but also preserved the natural character of the site, giving the architecture a distinctive identity.

Smart Bar Design and Accessibility

The bar was designed to serve customers directly from the outside, offering takeaway service without requiring entry into the complex. At the same time, it connects seamlessly to the open courtyard, ensuring smooth interaction between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Tiered Courtyard with Semi-Open Spaces

The courtyard is designed in a stepped layout. Each terrace includes an open area and a semi-open space covered with a convex fabric roof. This design provides privacy while maintaining visual openness, offering guests a pleasant and engaging outdoor experience.

Water Stream at the Courtyard Center

At the heart of the courtyard, a water stream was introduced. Water in architecture not only enhances aesthetics but also brings a sense of tranquility, freshness, and vitality to the space. The sound of flowing water helps reduce daily stress, turning a café visit into a calming and restorative moment.

Diverse Seating Arrangements

Inside the building, three types of seating areas were designed:

• Private furnished spaces: Ideal for larger groups, offering high privacy.

• Central table-and-chair areas: Suitable for smaller groups or working in the café, with full views of the courtyard.

• Semi-private partitioned spaces: Featuring two furnished sets, perfect for a quieter and more intimate experience.

Additionally, a special raised platform with a long table accommodates up to 12 people, making it ideal for gatherings and group meetings.

Unique Design Details

Curved forms are consistently used throughout the project—in the counter and edges, the entrance façade, the bar, the restroom, and the semi-open courtyard roofs. This repetition of form strengthens the project’s visual identity and creates a cohesive user experience.

Restrooms Beyond Functionality

Even the restrooms were transformed into distinctive spaces. Incorporating greenery, plants, and a meaningful separation between wet and dry zones, this area goes beyond functionality to inspire. It offers visitors a refreshing and pleasant atmosphere, even during waiting moments.

Conclusion

This project exemplifies modern café-restaurant architectural design, where every detail—from the site plan to the interior and outdoor spaces—was shaped with precision and creativity. Preserving the slope, designing a smart bar, creating diverse seating options, and even reimagining the restrooms all reflect our commitment to both client needs and user experience.
